Saving has never been easier than with our Freedom Savings Account.
A statement account that only requires a $25.00 minimum to open, and a $25.00 balance to be maintained to avoid service charges. Should your balance drop below the minimum at any time, the account will incur a $1.00 monthly service charge until the balance is brought back up to $25.00. Freedom Savings allows FREE ACH (credits only) and a FREE ATM card for convenient withdrawals.
Please note that savings accounts are not considered transaction accounts per federal regulations (REG D). There is no limit on the number of deposits allowed or the number of withdrawals made in person, but accounts are limited to 6 electronic withdrawals per month. (These include phone transfers, online banking transfers, automatic withdrawals to cover overdrafts and ATM withdrawals) Deposits may be made via ACH, but these accounts do not allow ACH debits.
